Who We Work With
The clients we work with are individuals and business owners who are trying to succeed in the financial world. Issues they are concerned with include income tax savings, instant financial information, planning for the future, achieving investment goals, increasing profits and reducing liability risks.
Our services are designed for people who need better results from their tax structuring but don’t know the most effective strategies for saving tax dollars. We can implement a sound tax strategy by learning about your current situation and your goals for the future while keeping you in full compliance with every taxing authority. We can also assist you with any and all issues and correspondence from the IRS, state or local tax agents.
Our clients also want access to up to date financial information but don’t have the tools to make this easy and efficient. Lagging financial data can mean lower profits and an unsure feeling of exactly how you are performing financially. We can set up and fully support an easy to use system (Quickbooks, Peachtree, etc.) or use a special check-coding and deposits method to track all your income and expenses.
Clients will be most successful with us if they have some of the following characteristics: They are open to change, they realize that if they want different results they need to try new approaches. They are action oriented and committed to getting things done. They are good communicators who value an honest exchange of information and ideas to work towards a goal.
How We Work With Clients
Typically most engagements will start with a phone call or e-mail discussion about what your situation is and what some of our solutions might be. The purpose of this is to determine if we can help you and how. We will be happy to discuss your situation at no cost to you. If at that point we come to an agreement, we will begin the engagement part of the process.
In this day and age sometimes a face-to-face meeting does not preclude an exchange of information via phone, fax or e-mail. However, we feel like an initial meeting is sometimes needed to discuss strategies and ideas in detail to help improve your current situation. We can also travel to your place of business to meet with you, support and update your financials and have a first hand look of how your business operates.
Once we have a clear understanding of the work that needs to be done we can outline the necessary information and items we will need to complete the job. After all of the information and items have been provided to us we offer a guaranteed ten business day turnaround on final work. We will reduce our fees by 10% for each week if it is late.
